I’m currently working as a web designer at this Cardiff based company. So far my duties have included logo design, initial web designs and creating web pages from hand coding HTML and CSS as well as creating business cards and web banners.

Capita Life & Pension Services
Responsibilities involve either contacting or taking calls to/from existing and new customers. Calls range from product enquiries, on-going claims & personal information taking. Also being part of a pilot scheme for Legal and General involving calling customers and completing the underwriting for their insurance. Have had full training in Data Protection, Money Laundering and product knowledge for insurance and pensions.

Customer Services Administrator
Working within a new concept store my duties include managing cash and paperwork relating to colleagues and customers alike. Setting up terminals with the correct floats, preparing money for collection, checking the contents of the safe and managing sundry income and expenditure.

JWT – London based branding and advertising company
I did work experience here temporarily to gain some insight into the media industry. I been worked on a flash based website for a new company called THATDESIGN and a launch campaign for a new hydrating drink. I also been attended meetings and generally helped out.

June 2004 - June 2005

Part time job to fund myself through university. Involves advising customers on jewellery and repairs. Selling product and insurance.
